story
Aka Subbu S Subramanyam (Nani) is smart since childhood increases the profits of Pasupati (Naasar) 's company and becomes his MD. Pasupati decides to make him his son and holds her commitment to her daughter Riya (Ritu Varma). Subbu simultaneously meets his friend Rishi (Vijay) Goa childhood.
Rishi is quite opposite to Subbu and want to enjoy the peaceful life Doodh visit Kashi in the Himalayas and always bothers Subbu who is busy with his profession. Even Anandi (Malavika Nair) pressurized Subbu but invain. But the unforeseen forces Subbu to give up his profession and establish mission Dood Kashi.

Yield
Nani from the beginning has been doing justice to their roles. His films may have flop but not its performance. He draws with his performance once again.
Malavika also comes with a good performance. She looks like a simple girl. Vijay debut came in a creditable performance. Others played their part accordingly.
Technical
Cinematography embellished the film showing the beauty of the Himalayas. Radan music is good and his background score is good.
Ashwin Nag came with good story, but could not with his script. Production values are good Priyanka Dutt.

Analysis
Yevade Subramanyam hit the screens with high expectations. Many preferred this film although Nani Jenda Pai too Kapiraju released the same day.
However the film failed to attract viewers. The film has touch of class divorces viewers in droves. However Nani took his performance to the next stage.
Ashwin Nag should have concentrated on script. The film turned out to be an average Grosser.
